As indicated in the statutory Philhealth or Philippine Health Insurance Corporation contribution rate, the monthly premium contributions will be at the rate of 2.75% computed straight based on the monthly basic salary of individual employees or members, with a salary floor of P10,000 and a ceiling of P40,000, to be equally shared by the employees and their employer. For ease of checking the member contribution to be paid, an updated Philhealth Premium Contribution Table for 2019 is given and downloadable from the links below.

The Philippine Health Insurance Corporation or Philhealth has released a revised premium contribution computation effective since last January 2018 onward under the Philhealth Circular 2017-0024.
