Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools are sitemap submission tools provided by Google and Yahoo, respectively. They provide the crawling of webpage listed on the sitemap submitted by web admins or webmasters in order for their sites to be index. Making a website indexed is very important to a webmaster since it puts the site on the list of websites shown by search engines managed by the two,  when a search was performed using user supplied keywords.
